Soak in warm water or take a warm shower without applying soap, shampoo or body wash.  Apply the Mitt, let the dead skin roll away and continue with your bathing routine.   

Mitt will slightly shrink with initial wash.  It will stiffen when wet to assure exfoliation and deep cleaning.

Rinse Mitt with warm water after use, refrain from using soap or detergent.     

Do not use on sensitive, damaged skin.  Avoid the Face or apply very gently.

Orders will be delivered to the Courier the following business day.  We work with  UPS, Purolator or Canada Post.  Only Canada Post can deliver to a Post Box.  

In Canada : We ship for Free for orders of more than CAD$100 before tax. For purchases up to $100 ($99.99 or less), we charge a flat rate of CAD$12. 

Depending on the Distance from Toronto; Delivery Time is between 1-5 Business Days with tracking.  By Experience, it is 1-2 days in Ontario and 1-6 days to B.C.  

In The US : We ship for Free for orders of minimum [US$75] CAD$100. For orders less, we charge a flat rate of US$16. Delivery time is 2-7 Business Days with tracking with UPS, FEDEX or Canada Post.  Please keep in mind that for orders more than US$800 Customs Duties & Taxes may be collected the Delivery Courier. Orders less than US$800 would be duty-free and we will pay for them should they become due.  

Europe and UK : We charge a flat rate of CAD$30 ~ [Eur €20]  ~ [GBP £18] and a minimum order of CAD$225 ~ [Eur €150], [GBP £133] is required.  We ship with UPS, FEDEX with full tracking. Please keep in mind that Customs Duties & Taxes, VAT may be collected by Delivery Courier at delivery.
